It looked like good quality. I bought a new monitor that did not come with a display cable. My old one worked fine but this one looked good and it was on sale. It snapped into the monitor with no problem but would not snap into my video card (the old one did). I stuck it into the video card and it worked great, but every couple of days the monitor would say lost connection. I didn't send it back, I'll try it again if I ever get another video card. They sent me a replacement and it works great. 5 stars
Little guy didn’t last. I bought this for my work, and at first I was super impressed. Clear picture no issues. The cable itself is tough and not gonna easily bend out of place. In fact, if you are in a tight spot for wire management, this cord is gonna fight you a bit. It wasn’t until about a year later the cable just suddenly stopped working. At first I thought it was my graphics card or my monitor. But my tech skills and troubleshooting led me to rule that the cable itself was going out. I really loved it, but unfortunately it’s another one bites the dust. Maybe I had the bad one but I certainly hope this doesn’t happen to other.
BEST DP1.4 Cable On the Market. The quality you can feel and you can see I've had this for about 2 months or so now and I'm telling ya it's like LIGHTNING compared to my older DP1.2 cable I use a 32"MSI 4K UHD HDR CURVED MONITOR Up to 165Hz mostly I drop down to 2K HDR resolution higher frame rates are my thing but when in 4K 120Hz this cable blazes through and loads everything from my old GTX 980 Ti all the way to my RTX 3090 I mean if you want A GREAT QUALITY DP 1.4a cable this IS THE ONE TO BUY! Hands down, I've been building PCs for years and some people just don't understand DON'T SKIMP ON DP OR HDMI CABLES AND ALSO DON'T SKIMP ON PSU's either! You can have the baddest setup in the world but with a junky cables and a undervolted psu your machine isn't going to run at its full potential trust me I know I've had to build for people who wanted to save that extra few bucks and then they hit me back up wanting the better cables etc...Thats all I have for you.

Great Cable While It Lasted. Was a great cable, definitely overbuilt. Lasted over a year but finally gave way to sync issues at 4K 240hz. For the cost would buy another, just wish there was a model with a smaller plug end to allow easier usage in modern panel concealed I/O monitors!
Cons
Looks like great quality, but bad internals. I had an issue with my monitor flickering vertical lines intermittently. Tried a total of 3 different cables; the one that came with the monitor, a cable from Bestbuy, and then I ordered this one. The problem persisted. I finally asked the manufacturer of my monitor to send me a replacement cable, and boom, the problem went away. Although this cable advertises as an overkill for my 144hz 1440p monitor, it didn't do the job. I'll keep the cable as a spare for emergencies.
Wouldn’t buy again. I ordered 2 of these at the same time. One worked wonderfully the other was hit and miss. Actually thought something was wrong with my work monitor so my company sent a brand new one and the same thing happened. Due to having to wait on a monitor and timing I’m just outside the return window. The cost is cheap enough but when you have to wait a day or two (maybe longer if Amazon is crappy that week) it doesn’t seem worth it.
Cable is questionable. This DisplayPort cable was good in the beginning, however recently I was having issues with applications crashing as well as games. I tried a different DP cable and I’m not having the issue anymore. I’m not sure I would suggest this cable for the long term, but if you need something temporarily then it should be okay. You can definitely find a better cable elsewhere, it does look nice because it’s braided.
Would lose signal randomly. Bought a new monitor and wanted to have a display cable ready for it. Didnt know the new monitor had its own display cable with it. Still used this one since I bought it. After a week of using it. I thought something was wrong with the monitor because it would cut out randomly while I was playing games. Decided to try the display cable that came with the monitor to see if it was the cable causing problems. Switching out cables solved the cut out issue. I may have had a bad cable but it does fine playing at 1440 with frames usually over 150.
flickering. stop working after week, started flickering but I'm running at 240hz, anything at 144hz or lower should be fine
Works Well for a While. The cable itself looks nice and has a premium feel. However, after a little less than 4 months, my cable now causes my monitor to flicker on and off multiple times a day. Initially after 2 months it would flicker maybe once every few days, but at this point the flickering is consistently once or more a day. When it was brand new, the quality and performance was great. Maybe there are just bad batches.
